I have been with MedSafe a very long time, through the change to TCS and back to MedSafe. Along the way I was given Joel as my Compliance Coordinator and for that I am forever grateful! It's not often you can develop a relationship with a specific person, at a corporate company, that stays there for decades, allowing for you to deal with them and only them during your own decades long career! Not only is Joel important in the success of my career but I have a bonus relationship by having access to Julie for decades too! How much I appreciate these 2 is beyond 5 Stars on Google! Between these 2, I always feel heard, I always have someone to get guidance from, I always can rely on them to lead me in the right direction and they always have my company's best interest at heart by providing excellent on site and online training! Our medical practice has been using Medsafe for a number of years and I have no complaints with their services whatsoever. Their website is easy to navigate and I use it often to obtain paperwork and manage our compliance training. It's so easy to reach a person in real time to get an answer regarding compliance and they've never steered me in the wrong direction. Mandy always completes our onsite visits - she's extremely thorough, helpful, and so enjoyable to have in the office. Would definitely recommend Medsafe to my colleagues.

I work for a college in MA and have been using MedSafe for over 10 years to update our dental hygiene and assisting students with OSHA/HIPAA regulations. I always request Mandy, she is knowledgeable and very personable. Our faculty and students always enjoy her presentations. She also performs a thorough walk-through of our facility to ensure we are in compliance. I make use of the incredible website that contains our respiratory policy and other useful information. Whenever the department has a question Mandy is quick to answer and has helped us out several times.

Mandy Martin from MedSafe is the only choice in my opinion. MedSafe has been our Osha / Hippa resource for many years and we have never once had an issue. They make sure we have everything we need to be prepared if ever we should have an issue. I never feel as though I am unprepared. I know that any inspection that comes up , I am more than ready.
