Confidential Compliance Call Center
MedSafe offers your practice a dedicated Compliance Hotline Center—a phone line that all employees can use to report compliance concerns. This confidential line is monitored daily. We return calls within 24 hours.
The voicemail system sends automatic email alerts to our call center operator. From there, we notify the designated compliance officer and generate a quarterly compliance report. Additionally, we provide a Hotline Poster for you to display at your facility.
